I have insomnia, anxiety, menopause and long, sleepless nights. But from the first tab, taken with supper, these have worked for me. I fall asleep more easily, sleep sounder and even have dreams, which only happened once in a blue moon before. I had an atrocious sleep pattern, waking at 10am after a sleepless night, only to feel groggy the whole day and dreading bedtime when it would all happen again. I'm now ready for bed by 10pm, fall asleep within an hour and often wake for the first time around 7am. It's a miracle really.

I don’t ever leave reviews for products but this genuinely worked for me. I have been dealing with low moods and poor mental health for a while and when I took the pill for the first time it felt like someone switching the lights on in my brain. I’ve always been a bit more sensitive to medications so I’m wary it may be placebo. But since finishing my second bottle, my overall mental health and anxiety has improved. It hasn’t fixed it all but has definitely helped and made a difference. I stopped for a bit because I didn’t want to be reliant but as I felt my low moods come back I restocked and am feeling better already since taking them again. Worth the try to see if it works for you, I hope it does!!

I gave them four stars because, although they defently work for sleep, depression, anxiety etc, they do give stomach pains and cause very vivid dreams! These dreams (which are every night, even he past week In which I have not taken 5htp) were enjoyable at first but are sometimes a little intense and in a way go against the reason I started taking them-which was to calm down in general, and these dreams, although not nightmares, are not calming. And as for the stomach pains, well it's just about worth it for me however as a note don't go for a walk straight after ingestion because the pain can be very bad then! As for the good side, although I haven't tried other anti depressant pills, they seem to work well; I recently compared all my problems to a friend as once similar to a train crash, and now they seem more like a toy train crash. All in all good, and I'll be buying them in again because I see them as more natural than pills that block out emotions, as these almost just improve them

Suffer from depression and anxiety all my life. Can't take antidepressants any more due to serious diarrhoea. These are very good so far. I can function on an even level every day. But I don't feel foggy at all, just normal I guess!😀 I was getting desperate. So glad I found these. I don't have stomach pain as some people have said they experience. I hope these continue to work. So far so good. I hope they work for you. It's awful to suffer. Give them a go.

Going through the peri-menopause these have been great for anxious feelings and insomnia. I took them only when I was getting the symptoms, and then started taking them every night. However, taking one every night made my tummy feel bloated and I was getting awful cramps. So I just take them infrequently now when I get anxious feelings. My partner takes them on odd occasions too and he says it’s helped him

I felt no change after the first bottle so decided to get a second to see if longer usage made a difference, however, my stomach was horrendously upset for a few weeks and I didn’t think about this, but after reading the reviews, it turned out it was this. It’s taken a couple of weeks for my stomach to feel better! They should alert users of this side effect!

Hydroxytryptophan is serotonin. If like me you have been clinically depressed on and off for seven years and on SSRIs from the docs (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) i.e. citalopram; escitalopram, etc - then do what I did sooner than I did and get off them. It took me a whole year of cutting down bit by bit - that's how addictive they are. I tried cold turkey and ended up worse off than when i started. Then get these. No side effects. No downside (except the cost). They work. You sleep better, feel better and can think better. Google serotonin to find out what happens when your brain doesn't produce enough. Not fun. In fact debilitating to the extreme. How do I know they work and it's not just a placebo? because i stopped taking them, thinking they were just another health shop rip-off (50% more expensive than here for exactly same product). My wife bought me some more - at least I thought she did, she just got vitamins and put them in the old bottle. After a week i felt awful. Could not understand it. After a month I was as bad as I used to be. So back on the genuine item, unknown to me three weeks later. After a week I felt better. I did not know what my amateur scientist wife had done but was very grateful she had as she effectively cancelled any placebo effect. For me they work. Can't guarantee they will for you of course as your illness may be due to causes other than lack of serotonin. But the simple fact is, they are safe and have none of the horrific sideeffects of the drugs. What were they? Three stone on in weight in two years. It took me six months to get that off after i stopped the drugs. Depression. What's the point of antidepressants that depress you? Dizzy. Lack of concentration. Didn't care if i lived or died. Listlessness. Horrific nightmares. Need I go on? I would be interested to hear what other users of this think.

Un buen producto para mí, me calma bastante el dolor y me regular el sueño. Tengo fibromialgia y fatiga crònica, y este producto me va súper bien. Lo malo es el precio, que es bastante elevado

Suggerito dal mio terapeuta per aiutare il sonno. Non aspettatevi effetti da sonnifero, ma aiuta ad avere un sonno meno leggero e ad entrare in fase di relax con più facilità.

Había probado suplementos de otras marcas para la ansiedad y poder dormir sin ningún efecto. Desde la primera toma ya me noté relajada, con mejor estado de ánimo y por fin puedo dormir de un tirón sin despertar por la noche.

Ayuda a relajar y descansar mejor pero ojo que no a todas las personas afecta por igual.
