Improved mental alacrity
I have been taking this for at least a year now with my other supplements. It helps me focus on my tasks at hand, and I honestly feel like it does help process information faster and helps with retaining it. I also feel like it helps with information as long as you do work out and do your part of the work. A magic pill does not exist. It definitely helps with energy some too!

Goodbye brain fog
It makes me think clearly and reduxed my anxiety. I am not that spacey or forgetful. It does not give me superhuman focus, no real difference in deep concentration.

Good Product
Great blend of mushrooms recommended to help with memory. Haven't seen much improvement but will try for a few more months to see if I see a difference.
