Is there a decent bag I could buy to carry this and protect it while traveling?

It's tough to find a good quality padded gig bag for the keyboard that does not cost more than the keyboard itself. I have a lot of instruments and found that World Tour gig bags are pretty good and not very expensive. I don't think that Amazon carries them but you can find them on Zzounds with free shipping...usually. Not sure they have a gig bag that would fit that small keyboard but maybe a bag used for some other purpose would work with the small gig bag.

What size is the output jack for a headphone?

the output jack is the standard headphone jack that is on mp3 players ( i belive 1/8 inch) minijack, or by its diameter, 3.5mm. It's sometime referred to as a 1/8 inch jack in the US, though that's an approximation.
