When filming in 4K my view finder is very jittery. Anyone having the some issue?

4K has little image stabilization. You'll need a tripod. If hand-held, you'll need to film at HD.

Is sony rx10 iv full frame or crop frame ?

The camera is not full frame. It has a 1" sensor - slightly smaller than Micro 4/3. The RX100 and RX10 share the same 1" sensor I believe - The RX1 is the fixed-lens Sony camera with a 35mm sensor.

How good is the touchscreen?

It is too good. If you look thru the viewfinder, your face touching the screen often moves the focus frame when you don't want it to. I have shut it off, since I use the viewfinder a lot.

How is this for moon shots, fireworks, and clouds?

It does a great job on all 3 of those subjects. The moon is really close. The anti-shake works extremely well. It focuses on fireworks “instantaneously”. Clouds are straightforward. Have fun.
