Does this flash support high speed sync with fuji xpro 1 ?

No, it can't support High Speed.

Will this work for the x100f and xt-20? thanks.

The basic TTL flash functions of the Meike will work with your 'X' series cameras. However, the Meike 320F does not support the additional functions available on the Fuji 'X' series flashes.

Will this work with the new Fuji xt4 ?

Yes it does. It works perfectly fine with my xt4.

Does this work with the Fuji X-Pro2 ?

The Meike MK-320F would be similar to the Fuji EF-20 flash. While the MK-320 will work on the X-Pro2 camera, it does not support the additional functions available on the Fuji "X" series flashes. If all you need is a compatible TTL flash, the MK-320 will perform well.
