I've used a few types of bean but only had soya beans in soya products. Well I bought these and I can say that they are delicious - they have a lovely firm texture. As with other soya products, they contain the full range of amino acids plus ALA, so they are nutritious too.

If you make soy milk know the milk only lasts about 5 days. So only make a litre at a time. Tastes really good fresh making your own soy milk. 100g to 150g soybeans per one litre water. More soybean thicker the milk. I will buying beans monthly. You want these, as they are organic, it's non gmo. ive been buying soy milk in cartons for 2 years after developing an allergy to dairy. Costing almost 30 pounds a month cost for 12 litres its only just occurred to me I should make my own, it's fresh, it's organic and for 2kg of organic soy beans I get 20 litres of soy milk.instead of only getting 4 litres buying cartons of soy milk. It's so different, tastes fresher. I added a touch Salt as it helps things last longer.i just searched the recipe how to make it, was so easy. Needs soaked 8 to 12 hours.rinsed then vooked for about 40 mins in a pot in water. You'll want a nutbag, a blender, I tried electric hand blender but the actual blender does a better job. For soy milk You rinse the beans, soakin bowl water for 8 to 12 hours hours until doubled , rinse, cook for 40 mins with your water your using for the milk fully cover soy beans, squeeze. cool after cooking, sieve the beans, keep the water, half litre of water in each blend gives it room to swirl in blender half litre at time. Bender with half the beans. blend each batch for 2 mins with water, i use mineral water, touch salt and sugar if you want sweeter soy milk.I use a nut bag they have sewn seams to swueeze out once blended. Keep in airtight container a litre or 2 litres at a time. Lasts around 5 to 7 days in fridge. 100g go 150g soy beans ,makes a litre. Much cheaper and fresher than buying it.

Arrived quickly but I underestimated how big and heavy 5kg (2,5 x2) of soy beans would be. So I was surprised when it arrived in such a heavy box 📦 I haven’t t tried them yet but it appears to be very good quantity for money plus they’re organic

I purchase 5 kg this Organic soy beans which is packed as two 2.5 kg bags. Unfortunately, one of the bag's opening was burst open and when I open the box to unpack the goods, as soon as I picked up this bag soy beans scattered over the box and over the floor. Since it's food it can be contaminated because the bag was wide open. Hence I give three stars even though the other bag was okay.
