It took a little over a week to actually notice the benefits but, once it kicks in, the difference in my ability to focus was amazing! I am able to remain centered and focused on whatever task I am working on instead of getting side-tracked and easily distracted. I can remember things a lot better and recall things that I normally would have forgotten. I even noticed that my hand writing improved almost 100%, instead of almost scribbling, I can actually read what I write instead of having to decipher it later. My energy level has also improved and I am doing more than I normally would, including getting back into my arts and crafts after years of putting off what I love to do but, haven't really had the get-up-and-go to do until now. I was skeptical and wasn't sure if it was going to be another snake oil product and I am very pleasantly surprised! I have recommended it to my family and friends and Rejuva Brain has a customer for life! If you want more focus, energy and memory I highly advise this product. I took this three times and a cold sore broke out on my lip on the third day. Could have been triggered by the amino acids in it. Other than that I felt pretty good. I haven't taken it since and don't really feel that different. Maybe a little more tired than when i was taking it. This product is B12 with folic acid and a blend of amino acids. I wouldn't recommend taking this for long as B12 can build up in your body and cause problems. I know, it happened to me and i had to stop taking a B Complex that I was taking.

I didn't think that I would be saying this but Rejuva definitely changed some things for me. I've been taking it for 3 months now, two capsules a day; one in the morning and one at night before bedtime.I could rarely recall that I dreamed at night in the past. The most profound change that happened was the clarity of my dreams at night and the fact that I can remember many of them days/weeks afterwards. Many current studies link proper sleep states with memory so I know that this is an improvement.Thought flow has improved as well as recall. I've never been good with names but even that has noticeably improved.I will definitely continue using this product and look more deeply into nootropics.

I can't say if it is helping me or not. I'm still taking it regularly as directed.. I do not like it when a product that was ordered once keeps showing up in my mailbox. (Thanks for taking care of that problem.)I just received my 5th and 6th bottles of Rejuva, having just finished bottle 4. I can't really tell if it is doing any good but I keep ordering in case it is. My 82-year-old wife has Alzheimer's disease.

I have had 4 strokes and have had memory and cognitive issues that resulted from them. I have tried many of the "popular" memory supplements with little improvement. When I had been using this product for only a month, my coworkers and family noticed significant improvements, so it's not just my perception of the results. I have continued to use this product for over a year and a half and definitely recommend this product to anyone seeking to improve their memory or cognitive function!!! I liked the idea that perhaps an OTC would be helpful in the elder years. However, I did not find it really any much better than a good multivitamin. Generally, if a product is supposed to replace good eating habits, it is not always the cat's meow, more like a growl.

I had heart surgery which damaged my short term memory. This product seems to have restored my memory back to pre-operational status. Smarmy advertising campaign on Facebook was not appreciated!

I can't tell if it's working or not. I take bi-polar medication, just changed dosage on my Prozac, in addition to this and it's hard to discern which symptom or benefit goes to which pill I'm taking. It may be working, but I can't tell.
