Poor Quality and No Customer Support
Bought the iBELL 202IK Insect Killer expecting durability, but the tube stopped working within a month. The biggest issue is the terrible customer service - calls are unanswered and emails get no response. Extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of money. Not recommended.

I have purchased 2 machine but both machines tube's are not working from after 8 to 10 days . I am searching in local market but its not avaliable. Both machines are unused for me . But it was magical that times when those are working.

Useless products and pathetic service.
I had ordered two insect killers. Both are not working now. I have been chasing the company with complaints for the last one month. Multiple calls made to their helpline have yielded no result. They keep making excuses. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from I bell products.
