How do you adhere it to metal roof?

A sealant or butyl tape needs to be applied to the bottom side of the flange. Metal roofing screws with EPDM sealing washers need to be installed 1" apart all the way around the collar. Does the dektite retrofit #1 gray epdm metal roof pipe flashing stretch at all? if i it cut at the 2-2 1/4 indent mark, will it fit a 2 3/8" od pipe?

The rubber will stretch but fastening the buckle gets challenging if it’s a big stretch

Will this flashing go around an existing electrical service I cannot go over the top.
