Excellent iron supplement that does not upset your stomach and almost instantly raised my iron levels. These soft capsules are very easy to swallow too. I have struggled with iron supplements that have always “backed me up” if you catch my drift, or just upset my stomach. Then I found I couldn’t donate blood anymore. Works great, brought my TIBC and ferritin to high normal in three weeks. I had no problems with taste or absorption You should also have your folic acid level checked because it can run along with iron deficit. You can pick folic acid up and any pharmacy vitamin counter quite cheaply.
