Best reasonably-priced, easy-to-see suitcases
About 10 years ago I bought the carry on bag of this set on its own. I was headed on a long trip and loved the idea of the internal pouch meant for a laptop. I used it to carry the binder of everything we were doing on a month-long trip. I've dragged this bag just about around the world from Europe to the Middle East to Asia. But on my most recent trip that ended in Brazil, my bag arrived back home with a thin slit along one side of the top cover. It wasn't cut all the way through and didn't damage anything inside but now my favorite suitcase is ruined : ( In the past, I had looked for the matching pieces to this one but could not purchase the 26" or 30" on their own. I could have just replaced this one but, since the check-in bag had also been damaged, I figured I would buy a matching set. Really only needed the small and medium ones but the price for 3 was great. I've never purchased one as large as the biggest of these 3 and am not sure I'll use it but the mid-size one and carry-on will get frequent use. Hmmm, maybe I need to plan an even longer trip that requires more packing! These bags are easy to maneuver. I like the direction they open. Some bags unzip from the northeast corner around to the southeast corner, but I find these awkward to flip open and closed. These unzip from the northwest around to the southwest. When open, the bottom side (which has the pull mechanism on it) has stretchy bands that link together to form a giant X. The top side of the large and middle one have a flap that zips over to close that side. The top side of the small one has both the stretchy band and another piece that flaps from top to bottom to keep everything in place. The flap is where the laptop (or whatever) would be. There are other smaller zip pockets as well on the flaps and inside lining. The case has a gentle texture to it so that it doesn't ever seem to scratch or mar. There are so many black suitcases on the carousel but I can always find my bag with its neon green stripe. Other trim colors are available and I think you should buy one of those sets . . . so I can still find mine!

I love this spinner! It rolls very nicely and doesn't tip over!
I purchased this bag to use as a carry-on for a United airline flight. This bag fits the required dimensions perfectly. I picked this bag because it was a hard case that would protect the contents and because it has four wheels. Having four wheels makes it so that I don't have to push or pull the luggage on just two wheels, I could push it much easier using all four wheels. Less stress on my back. It rolled nicely on tile and carpet. The bag opens up from the center and separates into two sides. There is room for plenty if clothing, especially if you roll the clothing up (search online). I also used some of those small luggage packing mesh bags to keep small things together. Both sides have straps that hold everything down so items won't move around the luggage. This bag will extend a few inches with the simple task if unzipping a zipper. My favorite feature is there is a hidden compartment built in the luggage to store such things as your tablet. You simply unzip, grab the tablet, put the tablet in a tub and pick it up on the other side of the X-ray machine. Simply slide it back into your bag and you are ready to go! I ordered the black case with the red trim and am very happy with the way the bag looked. It was easy to find when they unloaded the bags plane side. I bought a matching duffel bag from Amazon, and it matches nicely. I sit it on top of the roller carry-on and attach the duffel bag handels with a small bunjie cord to the roller bags handle. NuFazes 17" Duffel Bag Travel Size Sports Gym Bag (Duffle Bag) I highly recommend this carry-on luggage. I had everything that I needed for a ten day trip packed in the duffel bag and the luggage bag.

Surprising capacity
Bought this roller bag as a replacement for one that had served me well. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the size: it seemed so small compared to my old bag. Decided to keep it because of the very reasonable price and its light weight, but thought I could use it for overnight trips only. This week I had to go on a two-day trip and decided to give it a try. Was able to pack gym clothes and shoes, high-heeled ankle boots, long bulky cardigan, winter pants, three blouses, assorted underwear, scarves, and socks, two zipper bags of makeup and toiletries, and a few smaller items like phone chargers and snacks. All fit neatly without having to use the expansion feature. It was kind of magical. Nice and light, I was able to hoist it easily into the overhead bin. Very happy with this purchase!

Perfect & Sturdy!
Was perfect for a short trip. Fit the overheads on the larger planes with no problem. Fits the bag sizer. Was flying United Express and had to gate check 2 of 4 flights due to smaller jets (with overheads only on 1 side & boarding group 3). This was so much better than having to Check a bag. Seems to be made well and I love the color. Wheels rolled & spin easily on bumpy concrete and uneven surfaces and even rolled well in grass (was at a place with loose pebble side walks). Love the inside compartments. Seems well thought out. I forgot to take a couple pictures, but this is what I packed all sized 8 & 10 & med. - 3 jeans, 2 long sleeve shirt (1 flannel & 1 denim)s, 1 thermal shirt, 2 dusters & 2 blouses, 1 fleece PJs top & bottom, 3 bras, 6 underwear, 5 socks, 1 - 2 pc swim suit, 1 turban hair towel, 1 zippered hoodies & 1 pair of tennis shoes & dirty close bag. I did NOT expand it. Don't see why it won't last for many trips as it seems as well made as my bigger more expensive luggage. Love it!

Flexible, convenient, sturdy
I bought this for a business trip recently. I can't yet comment on its durability over time, but it seems very well made, and it worked wonderfully for my trip. The center pocket that is accessible without opening the entire bag was very convenient for holding items I needed in the airport. The bag is the perfect size for new airline regulations, and once you're not on the plane, you can expand it to get even more room. The 360-degree wheels worked perfectly, and were very convenient for navigating through crowded areas. And the price was better than for the very-flimsy-feeling discount suitcase I almost bought from Walmart. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect carry on
I did a lot of research as I haven’t bought a hard case before and wanted to make sure it would fit on all airlines that I would typically fly. This adheres to the size I needed and it honestly feels large. I was able to pack more than I needed for a quick out of country vacation, multiple pairs of shoes, outfits and a full makeup/vanity kit. It seems well made and had no issues with dents or any defects. It features a hidden pocket for easy access to a laptop or tablet. Good price point as well, couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase. Oh and the maneuverability was great!

Seems acceptable, wouldn't necessarily recommend
(Minor update at end of review.) I haven't even taken this on a trip yet and I must say I'm already disappointed. First, to get an obvious criticism out of the way even though it's not a big deal to me, the description says "fully padded interior lining" but there is no evident padding in evidence, other than for the inner sleeve for the "hidden compartment." The interior is lined, yes, and whether the printing on it is "elegant" or not is a matter of opinion, but I can feel no sense of padding. Do I care about padding? Probably not, but you might. Do I care about accurate descriptions? Definitely. Now for things that actually do matter to me: Zippers. They work, yes, but not smoothly. They feel cheap and do not instill any sense of confidence that they will continue working. Whether that means I eventually won't be able to open or won't be able to close them, it'll be bad news. Hopefully I'm wrong in this prediction. What I can confidently predict is putting more effort/struggle into using the zippers, which will be annoying and -- if I have to open the bag for security -- will add stress and slow things down. Wheels. Yes, they roll, but I've found problems. If I extend the handle and have the handle side of the case next to me (a natural placement), then tilt the case and push it away from me (a reasonable maneuver), it'll move maybe an inch before the wheel or spinner binds, making it difficult to push. Pulling seems fine, so I just have to remember to always pull and never push. This isn't winning any points for ease of use, though. Label removal. This might be easy to write off as "just cosmetic" -- we buy luggage for function not form, supposedly -- but the way things look does matter. It's why they offer this with different accent colors. This carry-on comes with a huge label touting the wonders of its hidden compartment. Fine, whatever, just take the label off, right? It won't come off cleanly, it's securely attached to the edges of the case. It's perforated to tear off, but even if that perforation works (which isn't 100%), it still leaves an unsightly and ragged white line where the label was attached on both edges of that side. I think getting the remainder out would probably damage the case, so there it stays. This is a completely avoidable problem, and one that will probably annoy me every time I notice it. And, frankly, it just seems stupid. Surely they tested it and saw the same thing, so why leave it that way? Overall it appears that it will serve its basic purpose, in an unnecessarily ugly way. I'll find out next week when I fly with it for the first time. If someone asked for a recommended carry-on, I wouldn't hurry to mention this one. Minor update: I've now flown with this one, round trip with four flights total, and had no issues getting it to fit in the overhead bins. No concerns regarding durability so far. The "hidden" compartment is a little frustrating to use in transit and I will be changing how I use it for future travels -- overall it's not worth treating as a "special" feature.

Lacking response when asking to honor warranty, unresponsive and poor quality
After 2 years wheels are not working and despite of sending them emails asking to honor warranty no response so far. The warranty says 10 years... will keep insisting but response time dreadful and not a good indicator.
