Arrived dirty but got full refund
The plates arrived dirty so I wrote a 1-star review. I knew I was purchasing used plates but I still expected them to arrive clean. The company then contacted me, apologized, and offered me a full refund. I was surprised and pleased! I’ve tried out the plates using Martha Stewart’s Buttermilk waffle recipe and they turned out great! The waffles didn’t stick and the cooking was nice and even. I definitely recommend!

Snaps right into the pins and makes decent waffles. Could cook the top better (browner) but I just flipped them over.

Good waffles!
The interchangeable plates are, er...interchangeable. They made four fine small waffles. Crisp on the outside, but gentle on the interior. easily cleaned, too - the plates, not the waffles; they were cleaned up on the plate.

Sticky mess!
I would give zero stars if I could. The instructions talk about a special non-stick surface and then say to use a thin coat of oil (um… OK). That’s what I did. First batch was a ruined mess (see picture). I cleaned them and tried a second batch with more oil… they stuck again. Apparently “non-stick” means “everything will stick”.

Easy to install/uninstall and easy to clean. Storage, not so convenient.
