We have received additional clarification from our design team. The inner height of the 9x13" dish is 3" and the 2 smaller dishes have an inner depth of 2.75". We hope this is helpful!

Definitely oven safe as all Pyrex is. Of course, not the lid. I absolutely love the depth of the dishes. No worries of spillover while baking for those larger recipes and room to dish without messes.
