Pretty cool, portable, and can run on battery!
We got this for our son as a beginner drum set. It’s light weight, portable, and durable. Perfect for him! When I first opened it, it seemed a little small, but in relation to my 6 year old son, it’s fine. The absolute best part of this drum set is that it is chargeable and doesn’t have to be plugged in constantly to use!! He can move it around the house and not be stuck by a wall socket. This comes with some nice drumsticks and 2 foot pedals. You do have to provide your own block to plug it into the wall (doesn’t come with it), which is a minor inconvenience. The different sounds of the drums are nice, you can adjust the volume. Overall, my son is very happy with it and us parents are happy too.

These are just fun. Reminds me of the Todd Rundgren song, "Bang the Drum All Day." There are 7 different "drum sets" in this kit. It is definitely able to take a licking. The "control box" allows you to route music into it or route the drums out to record your session and/or mix with songs. The speakers leave a bit to be desired but they do get loud, but not real loud. The battery lasts a long time. Its foldable design makes it a lot easier to crash down than a drum kit. The sticks that come with it are not standard drum sticks, so if someone uses this for drum practice, better get real sticks. There actually is a decent rebound effect when using these drum pads. However, if you use the pedals on a smooth and hard floor surface, the pedals slide all over the place. It even states on the box and in the instructions that this is MIDI-compatible. If it is, this opens up a ton of possibilities. Anyway, fun is number one with this electronic drum set. Have fun.
