Authentic Mongolian Shilajit, Natural and Pure, 1 OZ

I can't tell if this is making a difference or not but the company is very kind and provides a lot of information. I've read there are numerous benefits from Shilajit. It's a bit tacky so I like to dissolve it in my apple cider vinegar and water combination. Taste is very tolerable.

Not much to say about this product. It is for brain function and such.

It is not from the Himalayan, but it is a great and authentic product, cost effective too. It has the same taste and consistency that I know for years. Comes with the right viscosity, but if you feel that is very hard to work with, it will be enough, by placing it close to your Laptop fan for half an hour and/or other low source of heat to make it softer and obtain the recommended Pea Size, or the dosage that you really want. But do never overheat or use a Microwave you will destroy it! I recommend this product. You need a few weeks to see the results; you should start waking up in a very different way that was my first sign that something has changed in me. Good Health and Good Luck! Hope it helps.
