VYCE PrimalStep Toe Separators, Spreaders, Spacers, S/M

Love these! They are totally great. I am experiencing pain relief, movement and separation between the toes, and have been wearing them in my yoga practice and with my daily orthopedic toe-sliders / Birkenstocks. I am now able to meditate and "see" 👁️ out of the bottom of my toes, across the band of my feet, and have improved circulation there. They're helping me get into my targeted yoga/Pilates practice and to heal my knee pain, hip and back pain! I love these!! They're SO comfortable, squishy and satisfying feeling. Quality and not too heavy, a comfort and pleasure to wear. I find myself looking forward to putting them on, as it has become a pleasure and a relief. I love how they support me to consciously work through pain. I've gotten more mobility in my hips back, as I'm able to roll my feet like marching band and roll my ankles more, due to my toes not being cramped and stiff. Excellent results and I love that they are only $5. That was I can have a couple of pairs, one for my yoga bag and one for around the house. Really happy with these toe separators.

These toe separators are AMAZING! My right heel has been hurting consistently for the past 2 months and within 2 minutes of wearing these I experienced complete relief-- no pain at all! And they feel SO GOOD on and between my toes! Thank you! <3

the toe separators are very comfortable, I wore them with sneakers and sandals. like them very much. This pair is the best I bought, they are soft, and easy to put on.

Are nice as far as toe separators go. However, they seem to cut circulation in my little toe, to the point of pain, so am not totally sure of them.

I want to send a huge shout out to Kusha from the Primal Step customer service team. When I reported having issues with my purchase breaking he sent me a replacement, and when those broke he sent me the next size up. Make sure you get the right size! I got the S/M originally, cause I really don't have the biggest feet. This was a mistake on my part, I should have gotten the large. The S/M is definitely thinner on the material and I am definitely using the product in a pretty heavy duty way. I walk (only walking, NOT running) several miles a day with them on to keep my toes in better alignment. The loop between the big toe and second toe broke on my first two pairs. With the size large pair I got from Kusha, they took a little bit to get used to, and they may still be just a tad too big, but I think they are okay and the thicker material seems to be tough enough for how I'm using them. For this price, you're getting a pretty darn good product. It should be made clear though that I don't think this product would be enough for someone with SEVERE issues with their toes/alignment/etc. Folks with those issues probably need something from a doctor. If you have fairly minor to medium issues, then this product will probably be great for you! It took me awhile to get used to them, but I feel as though my pain level is much better now than it was and I can walk for much longer. They fit perfectly under my socks and shoes, after a couple of weeks now I don't even notice them. I only realize that the pain is better when I think about it. Thanks Kusha and Primal Step!

I'm learning Tai Chi and my toes curl to grip the floor which causes tension in my calves. It's involuntary and I'm not able to stop it, so I bought these toe spaces to see if they would help. Indeed, they do! Not only are they comfortable to practice bare foot, but they don't slip off and are not bulky, so they feel more a part of my foot movement without interfering unlike another pair that I have which are too hard and hurt after a short while.

Have no t had them long enough to see a difference but I am also practicing the towel on the ground and as well as wearing proper shoes. Matter of fact I took a silent vow to myself to only wear my lace up shoes this summer. No sandals. Due to attempting to straighten out my bad mistake in shoes. They are soft no smell easy to out on no redness on toes after I take them of. Size and compatibility and softness and adhesiveness are all meeting my personal standards. Unfortunately I lost them then bought more then found then down to only 1 left. Be mature with them and you will always have them .wah.

Super soft and very useful to help spread the toes.
