FlashSeal Reinforcement Fabric, 1 roll 6" x 150 ft

I used this when I applied the Chimney Saver FlashSeal product. It was a big cumbersome at first. You have to press it and rub it to get the sealant to come through and soak the fabric. I installed it all and it looks very professional... at least my wife says so! See pics. (Sorry some aren't oriented correctly... they are fine when I view on my PC.) Only fours stars so far as 1) I need to be sure it stops to leaks! Of course, it could be my fault if it doesn't, if it wasn't applied right. So far, after a couple short rains, it's holding up! and 2) it was difficult to know how much to buy. The description says it covers x linear feet, but not real clear on what that means. I guess 1 foot wide and x feet long? I bought two 1/2 gallon buckets. I ended up only needing 1/2 gallon for my chimney job. It seems thick enough. I may add more but I need to talk to the vendor to see if that is acceptable.

Works great with the FlashSeal Sealant product. Somewhat expensive for what it is, but if it repairs my chimney flashing I still have enough for a couple other chimneys in the future. Not sure what else I would use this for, but for drywall it may work well to, to join large sheets together. All this product is fiberglass mesh fabric specially made for repairs and holding the compound together to form a tight seal. Highly recommended but try to find it for less if you can.

I bought this mesh fabric to use with the Chimney Saver sealant. Although this stuff is a little pricey it really worked great. I certainly wish you could buy a smaller roll lengthwise as I only needed about 20 ft of it to repair a leak on my chimney. In any case the leak is fixed and I have plenty left over for another job or use.

I used this on my roof to keep debris from getting under roof tiles and causing water to pool and then leak. It goes on just like the video demo. It was flexible enough to seal up greatly uneven tile junctures. I will probably use it on my chimney next, It hardens up nicely and seems very secure. I used a 2-part product a few years ago and it was a mess. Flash Seal is an easy one-step process that I wish I had used instead. I recommend it highly.

I used flash seal aroung my chimney after a full roof tear off in place of cutting in step flashing the traditional way. I haven't noticed any issues with degradation or leaking, and it was very easy to install (plus it looks good)

this stuff is great. after spending a ton of money with roofers, then using this, i should have used this to start with. follow the directions and you get a professional job that does the trick.
