Easy to learn to play
We bought this for our 10-year old who is learning to play chess. The pieces are well made and each piece has a diagram showing how it moves. This is perfect for anyone’s who doesn’t know how to play chess. I would buy this again.

Great quality. Great for first time chess players or those who are rusty
Seriously so happy someone created this. I’ve always forgotten what piece does what. But with this set I’ve learned the pieces and the moves effortlessly. The quality of the board and the pieces are top notch. The size is also perfect. Easy to play. Pieces move smoothly on the board. Highly recommend. Fantastic quality

Great as a beginner set
Me and my nephew have been using this for me to learn chess to play with him. I like how the pieces give you the short cuts and you know how to move them I just wish the material was a little bit better and a bit more sturdy. But honestly for the price and how quick it came it was great.

Kid friendly
I bought this for my class. They are beginning to get some interest in chess. They are loving using this set. The value wasn't bad either.

Great for learning
My son wanted to learn to play chess, but I don’t know how to! This set is great for learning as it has directional arrows on the pieces telling you where you can’t and can move. Between the arrows and instructions, it was easy to begin playing. We enjoy chess and the quality time!

Cheap learning chess set but not built to last
This chess set if good for a beginner to play with and learn to play chess. I use to have a similar set when I was a kid but it was much better built. This pieces are hollow and will break if one accidentally get stepped on and the board folds in to a square instead of a rectangle so there is a greater chance that the board will rip with more areas that it folds. This set would be better if the pieces were solid and had some felt on the bottom, and if the board was a little thicker and folded into a rectangle.It is still decent for learning but not build to last for a long time. I’m going to look for a better teaching set that I can buy that will last a lot longer.
