Multiplication and Division: Ages 9-14 (Practice Makes Perfect Series) First Edition

This book can be used over several years of school study as it has examples from simple to much more complicated.

I bought this for my daughter, a 4th grader, she wasn't thrilled with the "gift" but the problems are very similar to what they do in school so I don't have to pester her teacher for additional practice work.

Everything a 4th grader needs

My 10 yr old really likes this book. It explains each procedure and step clearly, then at the end of each exercise they have a type of puzzle. For example they will talk about a prehistoric dragonfly and to find out it's name, you have to do the multiplication so each numbered answer corresponds to a letter that you fill in the blank at the bottom of the page and you Find the dragonfly's official name. It's good because if the word doesn't make sense that means one of your answers is wrong and you need to double check. He liked it and was not upset whenever we had to do work from that book. I also used the fractions/decimals version and it was just as fun.

Grandchildren made A's and B's in school.
