Very good curries! Nice price and Subscribe & Save optional. Good consistency and flavor. The variety is nice but the flavors are pretty similar, but still very tasty.

Pretty good curry pastes for non-Thai person cooking Thai dishes
I do believe this will become a regular order - the curry pastes are spicy, yet flavorful. It's easy to develop ratios to feed palates that are more . . . sensitive.

Great taste. Note that they've occasionally have arrived dented but Amazon has made it right when they have. Some are pretty spicy, but a good punch of flavor. A must for easy Thai curries!

These are great in soup or stews.
This is good curry paste. Add a tablespoon or 2 to soup or stew for spice and great flavor.

Green curry but not so green
I really enjoyed the flavoring so far of the first can of used, which is the green curry one. I like the little spice it had in it. I was expecting more, though of the traditional bright green did not have that it was more like brown. Would love to know some suggestions how to make it more of that bright green or if maybe my can is old or maybe this is how the original style is.

Forget 'Thai Kitchen' curry pastes -- these are the real thing!
Perhaps, (like me) you have realized that the quality of the "Thai Kitchen" brand curry pastes has deteriorated greatly from what it used to be, say 4-5 years ago -- they've downgraded them so much that they just taste insipid - fine for little kids , maybe, but nothing worth eating for adult\ tastes.So (like me) you may be very happy switching to the Maesri brand of Thai curry sauces. These have lots of authentic flavor, and plenty of heat from chili peppers -- so I'd caution you to start using with half (or less) of what the recipe calls for, or what you are accustomed to using. I think they're as good as ones we could make from scratch -- assuming, of course, that you could find a store to buy galangal, makrut leaves, and so on (yeah, right).
