Pull the rear wheel while snapping
Like many other reviews said, it took me like 30 minutes to figure out setup for my bike (on bigger side) and what to do to stop the rear wheel from skidding away from me. Simple - while pushing the snap with your right hand, pull the wheel against it. Now it feels like effortless and works every time. They might want to update the instructions with this trick :)

Great concept, but pretty hard to use with a larger bike
I bought this to use with my Tiger 800XC because I don't have a center stand. While it works, it usually takes at least a few tries to get it right. Once on the stand, it's fairly stable, which is nice.Cool idea and I use it pretty regularly, but not as easy to use as it's made out to be.

Try the car jack that comes in your car first
It’s not bad! But it’s not great... I feel like you’re honestly better off just using a hand jack for a car, that’s what me and my friends have been doing to clean our chains and it honestly works about the same.

Nice quality product but it could be a little longer
Nicely made but a bit short for some applications even when the Snapjack is extended to it longest position. I would be ideal if it was about an inch longer.

Strong but useless
I ended up having to pick up the rear of my bike and place it on the jack; every time I tried to 'snap' it into position according to the directions I just pushed the rear end of the bike around. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to use it according to how the directions specify before giving up and deadlifting my bike onto the stand.Once I got it in place, the steel seemed strong enough to hold my bike, but the positioning was not confidence inspiring, and the jack itself was just in the way (I used it on the side opposite my chain, for a cleaning).Using it once, I decided to pay the 200$ for a true mounted center stand. For a Pro, it folds up compactly and could probably be used in an emergency.

Center stand substitute
It's pretty hard to get it just right, but so far so good... Maybe i'll improve next time I use it... now I see on youtube that people just put a bucket under their rear axle to get the same effect, but this will be good for oiling my chain away from home.

Great
This is exactly as advertised, simple and too the point. Lifts my 365lb bike off the ground no problem, just enough (about 1") so as to turn the wheel. Did a chain cleaning no problem with this. You can't take a side stand on the road with you but you can with the SnapJack. Great buy
