can i use liquid nails as an adhesive?

It might work, but we would recommend any PVC Panel Adhesive.

Do you sell a corner piece (for an outside corner)?

No they don't you have to cut them to make either inside or outside corners Put your flat wall up first then use your cuts to make your corners or order at least an extra pieces to make the corners

Hi how thick are the panels? How are they installed? Glue? Can they go directly over brick?

0.6 millimeters thick. They are glued on with PVC Panel Adhesive. They can be installed directly over the brick wall.

The size of the panel is 39 inches by 25 inches, and it is very thin.
