Great size/ value for the price! I went with the unflavored so I could easily mix it in with whatever I’m drinking. (Usually with tea, pineapple juice my other pre workout, or just water) tastes great and bit gritty at all, I would say the strength and effectiveness is reliable since I recently had bloodwork drawn and my doctor said my creative levels were high ( which is not a bad thing) highly recommend for cognitive function strength training and recovery

Pretty good product, the only problem is that it doesn’t dissolve that well & the taste is not so good. It supposedly is to taste like nothing but it tastes pretty bitter to me & its very sandy. otherwise that, it’s pretty good and it works

This doesn’t dissolve well in water. It might if you use it in a blender. Try baked creatine instead. That stuff dissolves in water much easier.
