These are exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put on and comfortable.. just be sure to turn it so the velcro end is away from you or you might get scratched. I'm a 5'10" woman with 8" ankles and 6 1/2 inch wrists... Any smaller and you might have difficulty tightening these enough. I've only had these for a couple months and only wear for a few minutes a couple times a week during specific exercises.. so far holding up good, no leaks or rips. I am careful with undoing the velcro strap as I figure that's what causes the most pull/tension that could lead to rips and leaks. Over all a good product and yes I would buy again!

I wanted to use them for leg exercises after my knee replacement surgery but couldn't because the strap is too short for my ankle. In theory they are ok for wrists. Caution! Do not let them sit on wood. The neoprene sticks to the wood leaving permanent residue. Simple solution? Let them rest on cloth like a hand towel or doubled paper towel. Very high quality.

The media could not be loaded. I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun

These are not great ankle weights. They are made for your wrists. They fit small and unbalanced on the ankle. Im disabled. Outcome might be different for a normal person. Just be cautious.

These one pound weights are great for seniors to start building leg strength. The Velcro holds really good and material is soft. The straps are adjustable and fit well.

Product starts off ok but after time sand inside leaks all over the place due to poor stitching making the product unusable as sand will leak out of the hole everywhere while you use the product.
