I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylitis which affects my neck, head and spine and I can only sleep with a shallow pillow. I have tried various types but they either don't offer the support I need or they become lumpy and misshapen and make sleeping very uncomfortable. I saw this pillow and decided to try it. Wow - its perfect and so comfortable, offering firm, even support and the memory foam is a game changer! I love it.

As a front sleeper I find many pillows far too thick and cause my neck to be at a funny angle. This pillow is perfect - it's very slim but the memory foam makes it so comfortable but also supportive at the same time. The cooling gel also keeps my face cool overnight compared to other pillows. I am absolutely delighted with this pillow and am sleeping so well. One point to note - it's a bit smaller than a normal pillow so normal pillow cases are too large. To remedy this I bought a couple of child's pillow cases (60cm x 40cm) and these fit nicely. I would recommend this pillow and would buy again.

Very well made but a bit thin

OMG BEST EVER!! I am a side and front sleeper and tried many pillows, only to return them. This pillow is soft, extremely comfortable and I’ve had some of the best night sleep with this pillow. It’s 6cm in height, just perfect for my sleeping.

One of my best buys. I got this for my son was 9 years old. But now he is 10 and he still uses it. I specifically was looking for a pillow for my son... I didnt want a pillow to high... too soft... too big... too small. I found this one.... and WOW. He never has complained about sleeping and he has never complained about his pillow now. He loves his pillow. I think its perfect for my child. And helped his neck posture to be right too. Best pillow for him. And a really good size for his age group. Not too big and not too small. So perfect. Others such as adults can use it too. Ive tried sleeping on the pillow too and Its great for adults too. Its not too soft and its not too hard. Its perfect. This was one of my very best buys for my 10 year old child. I wish I knew about this many years ago. I would of bought this when he turned age 7 if I knew about this pillow back then.. Love this pillow for him.

I love this pillow it’s perfect for me as a front sleeper. It’s so comfortable I wish I’d found one before.

Not for me far too thick

This pillow suits me very much. I am a front sleeper and find other pillows to tall which gives me neck and shoulder ache. I saw this thin Aotoze pillow and I am finding it much better than any other pillows I have used. It’s quite thin but supports my neck and shoulders and helps my back to keep in the right position. It is smaller than other pillows, especially in length, but I use a full size under pillow case and full-size pillow case and tuck the ends in. On a double/king bed it may look odd but you could use an ordinary pillow in the daytime (just for looks) and then put that aside and use the Aotoze for sleeping. No problem! The pillow is not washable so definitely needs a cover. I am very pleased with this pillow and can definitely recommend it.

I bought this pillow for my boyfriend, tried it and then started stealing it all the time before buying one for myself. As a physical therapist I always tell my clients to try new pillows. As an individual with neck pain getting a new pillow was a step I took to help with the pain I’d experience at night. This has stopped me from being in a poor neck position at night ultimately reducing my numbness and tingling that I would wake up with due to my previous pillow being too high (although a high pillow might actually be what’s better for another individual). Love it!

Absolut bästa kudden jag någonsin haft!

I am OVER THE MOON about this pillow! Seriously, I've been sleeping on clouds since I got it. It's so thin and comfy, it's like it was made just for me. I used to wake up with a sore neck, but now? Nada! Zilch! I'm DELIGHTED with how it cradles my head just right. The memory foam is QUICK to mold and it's like it knows exactly what I need. HAPPY HAPPY, that's me every morning now. If you're looking for a pillow that doesn't make you feel like you're sleeping on a brick, this is IT!

10 de 10. De crío y hasta bien mayor estuve durmiendo con la típica almohada de bebé, literalmente la que tuve en la cuna, precisamente por que era muy bajita. Así hasta que aquello ya no era almohada, super desgastada. Después de eso más de 20 años de periplo por todo tipo de almohadas, blandas, más duras, más altas, más bajas (no tanto como esta), ergonómicas, etc. Pero con absolutamente todas dolor de cuello, alguna que otra tortícolis, etc Y hasta aquí, que me he esperado 2 meses a escribir una opinión por no escribir en balde. Sencillamente justo lo que necesitaba. Muy delgadita, a la vez que blanda cómoda pero sin sensación de que te hundes la cara en la almohada. Y en mi caso concreto se me queda el cuello tal cual recto alineado con la espalda, con lo que no me he vuelto a acordar de molestias en el cuello. Por ahora en invierno el tacto agradable, solo me faltaría probar en verano pero me aventuro a decir que no me agobiará. Por redondear el círculo estaría bien que hubiese opción de que fuese más larga, para camas más anchas, por lo demás estoy encantado.
