Works as intended. Weight rating my be a bit of a stretch.
The product worked for my intended use. But, doesn't seem to be rated for the proper weight. I tightened the tighteneing screw as tight as possible and the door still continues to not hold. Also, the hinge seemed to be facing the wrong way and I couldn't find a way to switch it, so I had to make my own modifications.

Poor quality
Made of soft metal, especially the screws. Support rating is about twice actual ability of hinge to handle.The instructions are not for someone without mechanical and carpentry skills.
