Broke, Chronos will not send a new one... avoid

I bought one, which broke. Chronos came out with some fanciful story that I needed to pay the duty on a $0 replacement item. So basically free warranty replacements are my problem to re pay for? I am still chasing them a year later. Will be on Twitter etc soon to let people know they are a sham
