I’m using this for my electric griddle, and so far, it works well.

Moving into a tiny new place, and being an avid cook, I was really worried about oil splatter on the new walls and countertops. My stove also had really odd dimensions, so I couldn't find a guard that was big enough for the entire stove without being TOO big. I also didn't want a solo burner guard because it felt like it'd just always be in my way. I received this product promptly, and well packed. Both pieces were covered with a film that I had to remove, and were a bit stiff to open at first, but they're hefty and feels like a quality product. I don't believe the hinges are meant to swing both ways (forward and back) but it did. It just made a weird popping sound, the product doesn't seem to be any worse for wear after I forced it the other way. Having two separate pieces mean I can overlap them to make the perfect size around my cooktop, and it looks nice. I only wish they were a bit taller, but the measurements are listed and correct so that's on me. Easy to wipe down after cooking, and the edges are nicely covered to prevent scratching. No issues with it whatsoever so far, but I'll update once I've owned it for a year.

Wah-la. Why didn't I think about this idea before? Excellent for grilling, cooking bacon and other things that splatter when cooking on a hot stove or grill.

Comes as a pair but we ended up only needing one— saving the other one for just in case or for our camp kitchen. Works great! High quality and great price. It redirects heat towards the front of the air fryer in order to protect the backsplash. Happy we don’t have to move the air fryer every time. Protector looks good too, major plus. 100% recommended.

Love the durability, size and construction of these backsplash savers. Easy to clean and look sleek and modern while saving tile and grout from food stains. I did have one too close to my cooking flame and the boarder started to burn and melt. That was my fault though. I quickly ran under cold water to prevent a fire. These units are flame resistant. I am pleased with how they function. I use the two behind the stove daily.

The steel used for this product is sturdy and substantial enough to stand up and stay up. It catches oil splatters fine. My issue is with the plastic that edges the steel. The plastic will melt if you keep it too close to the heat. Ours eventually melted enough so the plastic edging came off. I cut my finger on the edge as I tried to catch the guard because the plastic edge slipped off as I picked it up. I will try to superglue it. Otherwise, it will have to be recycled because the edge is too sharp to handle. A silicone edge would be better or soddering the edge to soften it. There are two of these in a package so we'll use the other one and try to keep the plastic from burning.

These splatter guards are perfect. They are taller than the previous splatter guards I have had in the past. And they are a thicker metal than the previous guards I had used. Given there are two splatter guards I can configure the guards in several different configurations. The knobs on my cooktop are positioned at the back & top of the cooktop. Cleaning that area, the clock, the operational panel, and the wall can be a pain in the neck and hands. Shielding the wall and knobs are now guarded against splatter. In the past, I have had to cover the knobs and panel with aluminum foil (not ideal). I recommend these guards for your cooktops. BTW: I purchased these splatter guards with my funds.

Exactly what I wanted and needed; right size, right height, good construction. Like the sealed/protected edges and folding option for easy storage. Timely delivery.

This was the only product that met my criteria. I need something that fits a wider cooktop (mine is 36 inches) and also goes higher as my fan is mounted a bit higher. This product woks great! I now understand why it comes in two pieces though as it is heavier and larger than I originally expected. There is a bonus though to the two pieces. When I am only using one burner, I setup one of the pieces across the back of the cooktop; if I am using multiple burners then I use both pieces. Very pleased. Something to think about though is that you need someplace to store them when not in use. I had the perfect spot so not a problem.

Perfect in regards to protecting our tiles and grout, Just what we needed the wife is very happy. Happy wife, happy life.

Stainless steel looks good in the beginning, but can be a pain trying to remove the scraches.
