This is my favorite BBQ line. Love the beef rub. All Charlie’s products that I’ve seen and used are gluten-free and delicious. The real restaurant is nearby—Youngstown, OH. Fabulous food In a New Orleans atmosphere.

Great seasoning mix.
I have used this on Steak and it is great. It has become my go to for grilling meat. Really works great for a Rub if you like Smokes Steak. Yum.....
