I absolutely love these license plate covers. They’re solid as a rock and definitely not made from cheap plastic. I’ve had them on for a long time — been through the car wash hundreds of times and out in the brutal Texas sun — and they still look brand new. Zero issues, zero complaints. This is a great product and well worth it.

Got this as a gift for a new Model 3 sedan. Easy to install, but the protective plastic it comes with is a bit fiddly. Carefully peel the plastic off the letters (use tweezers or a sharp knife) and the result is a really nicely made plate frame. There were a lot of extras in the box, like screws and little screwdrivers...but the standard screws that the Model 3 came with worked just fine. In all fairness, the frame itself appears to be steel, but the TESLA letters are likely laser cut acrylic and are attached with some sort of very strong adhesive. So keep that in mind. If you're looking for a flashy plate frame, there are plenty of others out there - I liked the subtle look of this plate frame.

Kind of odd i found it important to write a review about a license plate frame but here it is. Extremely impressed at how well put together this kit is. Mega attention to detail as you can see in the actual pics of the item, looks to be nice quality, the letters are made of a acrylic type glass, so they are clear, but i think it looks pretty cool and im really picky. Kudos to whoever makes this kit, they have a great eye for detail which many Tesla owners will appreciate. PS: The hardware they include really isn't necessary since the screws are too big for Tesla license plate holes, but most have the screws from the factory so i was able to use those just fine. I would highly recommend.

Does not fit correctly on Florida license plates. 1) The bottom lip that holds the plate in place is too narrow for the plate to be inserted without bending the plastic; risk of breakage. 2) top screw holes do not align without the plate holes unless you remove the factory installed backplate. Even if it did, it’s real close to being obstructed by the camera. It’s nicely packaged though 🤨

I bought this 3 years ago and it has held up really well. No fading or any other issue. It fits well, installs quickly, and was a good price.

I’m giving this license plate frame 3 stars. On the positive side, the frame itself is solid. It feels like good quality material, and the overall look and design are clean and exactly what I was hoping for. However, the included black caps are a major downside. They’re extremely loose and won’t stay on—literally hitting a single bump in the road can cause them to fall off. That defeats the whole purpose of having them in the first place. I’d recommend skipping the caps entirely and just investing in a set of black screws instead. The frame is still worth considering for the design, but the hardware definitely needs improvement.

I've got it to install on my 2023 model 3, it looks AWESOME and very premium, the only downside is the screws that came with it, because they wouldn't fit the in the original plate holder that came with the car, I had to use some extra screws I had home.. Maybe if the original plate holder was removed it would fit, but removing it means your plate would now touch the paint of the car.. That aside, it simply looks AMAZING

it looks nice but the screws that came with it didn't fit the in the original plate holder of my Tesla model Y. Not recommended.
