Pleased with the service. I had trouble with the original head unit. I quit working, but the seller contacted me when I brought it to their attention. They worked with me and sent a replacement unit with a larger screen. Thanks Christy for your help.

Received this and installed it in August/Sept of ‘24 (Original Review) So I replaced my factory AM radio in my F100 with this unit. This thing does everything. Quality on backup camera isn’t perfect. But sound quality is great. May need an amplifier for bigger vehicles. But it works great in my little truck. I love it has a volume knob and doesn’t look super cheap. (Updated Review) I’ve recommended this radio every time someone is looking for a newer style radio for their classic pickup. Not any more. I have driven the truck roughly 150 miles since install and the first few trips were great. Parked the truck in the garage. (Battery Disconnected) for the winter. Had an issue where I believed it may be a loose connection when ( on/off/ white screen randomly) last time I drove the truck this spring, figured no problem I’ll pull radio and check the wiring. Upon pulling the head unit you could smell an electrical burnt smell. I ran fresh hot constant and switched 12v wires and a ground wire direct to a ground block I installed for a cb and accessories to be connected. After reconnecting unit I turned on the switch and listened to the radio a few minutes with no issues. Then it started blinking on and off again. I didn’t have radio fully seated back into dash so I turned off key and pulled the stereo. It is my opinion I was moments away from it catching fire. The unit stinks like burning electrical and was very warm to the touch. Do not buy. It’s a electrical fire hazard.

in hindsight, single din touchscreen was a bad idea for my project, and the I had slight issues using the remote accessory. It worked well, and did exactly what it was supposed to, I just couldn’t benefit from using it in my project car. install was easy, it looked nice, and sound quality was decent, and it was CarPlay— it’s met all of the needs I was looking for— it was just smaller than what I was wanting. There are some Chinese text displays you can’t change, and some small delays, but their customer assistance has taken my criticism in mind and hope to fix some of these changes. I was able to receive a refund almost full year later, and valued the learning experience and interaction with the seller

Nice system. Apple CarPlay operates seamlessly. Easy to install with several options.

This is more than I thought I would get for what I paid. It works, but has some quirks: 1) It can't process audio in carplay while navigating with Google Maps - audio clips and distorts horribly 2) Volume knob cuts out audio intermittently when turned - seems to be a processing issue, not a knob issue 3) Hand-free works, but picks up every noise. Seems not very directional.

Definitely completely dissatisfied with this radio! Wanted to purchase this radio because of the CarPlay function. After installation radio was very flaky. Would randomly connect and disconnect from CarPlay. Would also get stuck on the phone screen and had to unplug it to get it to reset. Once connected to CarPlay , you cannot access any functions in the radio such as equalizer. Equalizer function only operates in equalizer mode? Not in any other mode radio, aux, CarPlay, or otherwise? How are you supposed to adjust the equalizer without hearing it??? Phone function is a joke with no microphone volume control and a crappy mic that no one can hear you from. Make or Take a call and the unit stays in the phone menu and disconnect CarPlay? Power output audio is woefully inadequate claims 40 W per channel but I doubt this is even putting out 5 W per channel no bass output. Plugged in another car stereo to verify output sounded much better had had BASS. I have other CarPlay radios that are China made but this one takes the cake for lack of thought and a functional menus. Has a subwoofer output on the back that does not function. Contacted customer support only to get an AI generated answer??? Sending this unit back as it is totally useless.

I installed this radio with back up camera and it works just perfect incl. Apple CarPlay etc. The only little issue is that the installation manual that comes with the radio is not detailed enough and I had issues to connect the camera but when I found the manual at the Amazon website for the product everything was clear and easy.

Got for my 1999 chevy tahoe. After 2 months it would shut off randomly, checked all wiring, I had put in new wiring harnesses for my ride because old 1 was bad. But after recheck radio harnesses it did not work. DO NOT BUY.
