Nothing works out of the box. Rolls of paper calling their USELESS help, emailing having mny own software people ALL ADISASTER WASTE OF TIME MONEY ANFD EFFORTBack to a pen and paper is BETTER no issuesThis is the biggest garbabge I have ever used in 40 yearsEPSOM THIS HOULD BE PLUG AND PLAY BROTHER PRINTERS DO and this is crap and restaurnats are being FORCED by manipulation to use this garbageYOU SHOULD BE REASSEMLED yourselvesCRAP CRAP CRAP
