EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids) very good for my health.
I bought the EFAs from Amazon’s because I was running out of my EFAs ordered from Youngevity. I knew my reorder would not arrive in time from the company and that Amazon listed the same product, and would get here quicker. And it did, so I never skipped a beat in my supplement. These are Omegas and I have been on them for at least a year. I have no problems tolerating them. I don’t taste the oil. I take it as is. Keep refrigerated for freshness and to maintain consistency.

Esseential Fatty Acids are indeed essential! Getting such a large bottle is GREAT because it is taken 3 times a day, by my husband and myself. For some reason the composition of the pills themselves is BETTER than the smalller bottle. Read both labels!
