The elastic that holds the pen is wide, thick and sturdy. The pen has a rubber Phone Stylus on the other end. The inside of the cover has place for CC, drive license, cash etc. Pretty darn handy. The padded Pleather cover is really attractive. Does NOT look cheap Wouldn't hesitate to gift a friend or co-worker. Anyone would like this.

Pretty nice case for the money, extra refills are nice too. The pen is sturdier than it looks, im always laying on the pad and the pen has survived. I will purchase this again when I need one, im really rough on them so I can’t get upset if it gets torn up by abuse 😃

I don’t have a busy working schedule, I just needed it for school. So I can’t say much on how it handles extreme wear and tear. I needed a pocket notepad, and that’s what I got. I have no complaints about the pen. The holder feels nice, but if you’re not careful, you can bend the cardboard bit of the notepad when inserting it. The notepads themselves work pretty well, never needed to use markers or highlighters, so I can’t say anything about bleed through. The papers tear relatively easy, so long as you’re not trying to rip off the first page. However, the adhesive could be stronger, after a few weeks of use you could see a few pages start to get halfway peeled off of the edge. Otherwise, it functions as a notepad, so it satisfied my needs. TL;DR: The holder’s good, the pen’s good, the notepads have some minor adhesive-based problems, but otherwise still good. Perfectly worth the $9 spent.

Ordered this for my H.S. Jr. per his request to help with organizing the things he needs to get done, a pocket-sized to do list. He likes it. It fits in his pocket and is small enough not to be uncomfortable, but big enough to keep track of the things he needs to. The case is good for carrying in his pocket and he likes the rugged look of leather.

Nice BUT…top of pages not perforated! Tearing up when removing a page…not very smart…

My handy dandy notebook. Looks nice and professional but very practical having the attachment for your ink pen. Any size pen can be used with it.
