I have bought this headset last week. It arrived in perfect condition and it was a confortable headset with a great sound. Unfortunately, the microphone was not detected on my laptop despite working perfectly on my Macbook. I have contacted customer services in order to try to fix the issue. Not only did the company truly try to be helpful and fix the problem, but they offered me a full refund when they realised the issue could not be fixed. They even told me that I did not have to return the headset. I cannot underline enough how much of a pleasure it is to write such a positive review about a customer service. I'm a low budget student and this sense of business from this company was really welcomed. I highly recommend this headset and this company in general. Not only their articles are great value for money, but they also truly care about their clients and their satisfaction. Looking forward doing business with them again.

I was looking for a headset for live streaming and this one caught my eye immediately. I loved how colourful it was, and it seemed to fit all my other specifications, so I ordered it. The headset arrived quickly, and was very easy to set up. The LED lights look great, and the sound and microphone quality are very good. It seems durable, as I’ve been using it for a while now with no signs of wear and tear. The price was very reasonable, and the headset is simple to use and great quality. I will be looking at Ozeino again if I need any more headsets for streaming.

I've been trying to find a decent gaming headset for ages that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I've brought so many high end headsets over the years, but non of them compare to the quality of this one!!! It's super comfortable on my ears which given my glasses, it's really hard to find a comfortable headset but this one is amazing!!! Sound quality is phenomenal!!! The lead is really long compared to other headsets I've had in the past and I the fact that the headset and the mic lights up is an added bonus, you just have to plug in the USB for the lights to work. Best headset I've ever had, great quality for money.

The headphones themselves were comfortable and the sound quality was good, so as headphones they work really well. I bought this product mainly because it lights up and I wanted to be able to sit in the dark gaming with only the headset on. At first it seemed the lights didn't work at all. Then I realised it only works if you have the USB plugged in, not through the headphone jack. This might not be an issue if you are on the computer, but I was playing on my playstation which is across the room from my sofa, so I can't sit with the USB plugged in to the console and sit comfortably. Just a bit sad really.

Best headset I've tried, crystal clear sound, comfortable, cable looks is made very strong and durable I'm told the mic is so much clearer than my turtle beach or my steel series, and they were a bit cheaper, well worth what I payed for them. Can't find to much wrong with them. Hopefully after a few months they will still be as good as new but we will see Over a year later and they still are going strong. I highly recommend this headset for any gamer. I also put them to the test and plugged them to my guitar amp and cranked up the volume but they refuse to die... when they finally do die I definitely will be getting more

I'll start off with probably the only pro of this headset, the build quality...the build quality for a product of this price is pretty good. The headset feels sturdy and mic is ok. Now for the cons. Sound quality is extremely poor, the sound echos, lacks substance, hardly any bass and sometimes noises muffle together in a weird way...just overall poor. Next the cable is too short, it needs to be a few feet longer, I dont know why companies opt for short cables and all the reviews saying the cable length is long, im not sure how they are using it lol. My headset is plugged into the back of my PC and there's no wriggle room what-so-ever. Last is the pressure of the ear cushions. It focuses all of the pressure below the ear and doesn't distribute pressure equally like a headset should all around the ear and head. It's extremely uncomfortable bordering painful if used for a long period. Honestly, you could pay £10 more and get a much better headset. I'm sending this product back. This review is coming from someone who works on his PC many hours a day btw. Not some brought reviewer who leaves a 5 star review, Amazon seriously needs to sort its review algorithm out.

Ordered these for my boy’s Christmas gifts and they both lasted for a year with everyday use. One is very ocd about his things and very gentle the other has adhd if that tells you anything and they both stood up to the test with them both lol. They liked the style, fitting, and the sound quality was pretty good as well.

only positive, thing is that the led lights work -,-..........so when opening it up thinking i have a cool headset but when i follow the instructions of how to setup the headset, IT DOES NOT WORK. its not compatible with ps5, Nintendo switch and pc as well don't buy this product
