Silpat The Original Round Cake Liner Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, 8", AH197-01

I bought this so I would no longer have to use tin foil in the toaster oven. It's also great to put on the microwave turntable instead of a plate or to cover food in bowls temporarily. It slightly overlaps the edge of my toaster oven baking tray, but it works just fine. The instructions say you can use it up to 500 degrees F. Easy to clean with soap and water. I store it with my small baking trays to keep it flat. I have one other Silpat product as well -- they're pricy, but good quality. I don't know why I didn't think of this before.

Love these mats. Use for cooking which makes cleaning a snap. But what is most amazing about the mats is use on the nuwave PIC. Keeps the top clean (perfect fit with no scratches) and the pots and pans do not slide around the PIC. If there is a boil over no problem. Just blot up and keep cooking. Use in the bottom of the nuwave oven also. Getting ready to buy more. Love them.

This is my second Silpat mat and it does what it is supposed to do. I use it mostly when making cookies or using dough, it works really well in these situations. The hardest thing is to clean these. I have to wash them out at least two to three times each time. I usually let the mat dry before I clean it again. After one wash, even if it was a hard rinse the oil sticks to it.

I've been using this for my eggless cakes since my family doesnt eat eggs and its perfect! doesn't stick even when i add sticky ingredients like sugar syrup etc.

We have used these for years in our funky Panasonic infrared toaster oven to cover the tray when baking or reheating. They fit perfectly and make clean up quick and easy. We usually keep them 2 or 3 years - they would probably still work longer but seeing how much we use them, it is money well spent.

Like parchment baking sheets, but reusable. Food comes off easily, it's easy to clean, and since it catches what falls off of what you're cooking, it helps keep the oven/toaster oven clean as well. I picked up this one to try out for pizzas and experiment with baking quesadilla, and it's been working as well as the other shapes and sizes I've been using for the last several years.

My wife loves this product and it does not disappoint. Serious ki gs and queens of the kitchen need this product in their kitchen. Top shelf.

I purchased this based on a You Tube video by Steve from Serious Keto for 90 second keto tortillas. Poured the tortilla batter onto the liner, spread it around and then popped it into the microwave and when I took it out it easily peeled right off the liner! Couldn't be more pleased!

Excellent quality silicon mat for microwave oven platter. I like using to avoid porcelain and glass surfaces from being placed directly on to the platter that is made with porcelain. An advantage of a silicon type surface it stops items from slipping. Before using a silicon type mat on the microwave oven platter I was using paper towels, or a plastic dish that is microwave oven safe. If you need a silicon mat larger than 10.25 inches for your microwave oven, you can find in this same manufacture Silpat in larger diameter silicon mats. I have a ceramic top cooking range that is induction technology. I bought a number of the round silicon mats in different sizes to use between the pots and the cooking positions called pods. This helps to protect the ceramic surface from being scratched. I also bought rectangular mats to cover the oven racks inside my oven. This helps to prevent a mess from any spilling. Silpat products are of high quality and are long term reliable.
