Thin syringes
I bought these for my allergy shots because I get 3 injections every 3 weeks. They are really thin and sharp so far I'm happy with them. Getting shots is no picnic so I needed something that would make them as painless as possible.

note, it's a short needle, and tiny
27G is small. I got this to inject coconut oil into sealed capsules, anywho ... the bore is so small that I really have to struggle to extract, as well as expel the oil. I'll go up to 26G next time.
