Has anyone tried sitting in it? I want to wear this to work, and how long is the battery life?

It doesn't sit. It lasts about four hours on battery

Is this is one size fits all?

Yes I believe one size fits all. My son, who is 6ft 5 in tall and weighs 240, wore it and it fit fine. His wife, who is 5ft 2 in and weighs 130, also wore it . It was fine on both of them and a ton of fun to see!!!

It takes 1-2 minutes to fully inflate.
