It works perfectly for Android Auto.For Apple Car-play, it works only as screen mirroring (need to rotate the phone for have full screen)

Within a month the audio damaged! Now its not working! I wish i could return and reimburse!

I have an older model car that does not have android auto. It was very easy to set up and works very well. There are some glitches at times when connected via bluetooth but nothing major. I highly recommend this product. It plays very well through my car radio but the product has its own speakers as well.

I was using my phone with an aux cord to the aux input for my sound. I am enough of a sound snob that I was fairly sure I'd be sending this thing right back the next day. I had my unit picked out on Crutchfield and ready to drop it into my 2004 Honda Element.Well, to my surprise, I am keeping this. I can't answer for the reliability, but I am liking this thing on the first day.The Wireless connection from phone to the unit offers as good of sound as the wired connection. For a long trip, I prefer the wired as it keeps the phone charged. Also, the wireless does lag slightly, but not enough to be a bother. I was prepared to use the wired all the time but, to my surprise, the wireless connection is just as good as the wired. I said that before but it's remarkable enough to say it twice.Now, audio to the car? I can't answer for the FM connection but I will say, generally, these don't impress. If it's your only option, good luck. For using the AUX, it sounds as good as AUX coming from directly from the phone.The only option I wish it had is a switch for night or day, like CarPlay adjusts in an OEM system if you turn your lights on and most CarPlay receivers have a sensor that will dim the unit at night. No such luck with this one though you can adjust the brightness of the display though not while CarPlay is enabled.So yes, it's passed the test. Get it. You won't be disappointed. Very easy to set up and sounds really good.
