Lippincott's CRNE Prep Guide
A very handy review book for the CRNE. It is complete with CD and questions as well as explainations for the answers. My hubby use this one with the CRNE prep from the canadian board of nursing, reviewed for 2 months and passed:).I am using it right now. It is enough if you have the basic reviews/knowledge for body systems, physiology and pathophysiology.

ok product
the book came on time. however the packaging was not the best. the corners of the book was bent leaving a crease on the outside of this "new" book when taking out. i would have recommended in wrapping such as a thin book in plastic then putting it in the package.

I bought this book for a cousin in the the Philippines who is going to Canada. She's familiar with the author and said, "it's a good book".

Worth buying
I bought this for my review to take SEC assessment in BC, I am a bit disappointed as it has very limited strategies on how to analyze questions and some answers in the disc were wrong.Anyhow it helps me in some degree, better than nothing

Good for review of basic nursing
RIP CRNE. I used this when I wrote the CRNE. The test in Canada now is the NCLEX, so I dont know how helpful this book will be, but it was so thorough in reviewing all the material. I read the whole thing and did the review and passed on the first try.

Alright, but....
It was alright, though I felt a lot of the questions pertained more to the US than Canada. I almost wondered if they just copied all the questions from their NCLEX Prep Guide and then added a few Canadian questions and called it a CRNE prep guide. I also found the questions in general were far simpler than most any CRNE question. Some of the questions (at least on the CD) were incorrectly answered, or the explanations/rational referenced the wrong answer (ie. in explaining why answer A wasn't correct, they were actually talking about answer B).Overall the book was an OK aide to figure to out what you might need to study further (ie, figure out what you don't know), but as far as preparing you for the actual CRNE, I thought this book was fairly weak.

My saving grace
I wrote in 2018 and this book was honestly my saving grace, better than the online prep they have
