If you're anything like me, you prefer to use a pen to maintain your check register. And being fallible, I often need to make corrections. I keep this BIC correction tape handy for those occasions. It works great and is very easy to use. Love it.

How I long for the days of liquid paper! I have tried a number of these correction tapes, but the last set I had was a foreign company, so I wasn't surprised when I had to throw half of them away. I trusted "Bic" to give me a better product with this set of 2, but I've got some of the same problems. The tape goes askew, and then you have to wrangle it around to get it to erase stuff. I've figured it out, using a method of cutting the excess off with scissors, and then using my finger nail on the one side of the tape to get it to press onto the handwriting I'm trying to erase (usually recipes that are no longer in the book), but it is not as easy or foolproof as I was hoping for. I'm giving them a B-, but I've only tried one so far. Color variety is irrelevant to me, but they are easy to store in your desk. I'm not thrilled about the value, but I think the whole design is flawed, so I don't blame this company, as the others I had were made the same way, and failed too. It's like there need to be side rails or bumpers to keep the correction tape where it's supposed to be. When it worked, it was smooth, but I give it failing marks for durability and longevity. If I hadn't developed my own delivery system, I'd have thrown the first one away already. I'm just too cheap to waste the correction strip. When it works, it works. But it should be redesigned to work better.

I was happy to get this because I sometimes make mistakes in my journal or when filling out paperwork and hate how messy it looks. I came across these on Amazon and was super excited to get them to make my errors disappear. I found these difficult to use being that I am left-handed. The whiteout seemed to not glide as easy as expected. I had to try to use my right hand just to show you in the review how difficult it was to use them. After doing the demonstration the whole inside unraveled. I'm so disappointed. These are nothing like the liquid, which I find easier to use than these. They are cheaply made and fell apart before I really even got to use them! 😭 The value for my money would have been good had they actually done the job without malfunctioning. I have reviewed a lot of things on Amazon and I do not recommend these at all. I know how to use white out and these definitely were not made for a lefty either. 😩

Works well. When I got the medical records for my late Oreo, the previous vet ran a line through his records. I guess it was to indicate that Oreo was dead. Anyway, I decided to buy the Bic Wite Out to remove the line as best as I could. It did an excellent job on the areas where there was no writing. I had to be careful where there was writing. Either way, that does not reflect on the Bic Wite Out. The Bic Wite Out did an excellent job, either way. Now, I can give the new vet his records and hopefully they can read what the former vet did.

Quality of product is very bad. Also, much cheaper products are available off shelf in retail stores.
