I love this product! I recieved mine as a gift. I like it so much that I bought this one as a gift for someone else. On Labor Day, 2022, I had a nasty fall -- pulled off a bridge by my dog -- and broke my neck in 3 places. Today, April 2024, everything has been healed for more than a year, but my neck and shoulders get really stiff, fairly often. This heating pad wraps around my neck and shoulders and applies heat to all the right places and quickly relieves muscle stiffness. During the winter, we keep our thermostat turned down and only turn it up in the evenings for a couple of hours. Sitting still and binge watching Netflix or YouTube, sometimes my core gets a bit chilled. I only have to wrap this around my neck and shoulders and turn it on -- set it for 4 for an hour or two -- and suddenly I'm no longer chilled. I often miss parts of episodes because I'll fall asleep because I'm so warm and comfortable.

This is the best heating pad I ever bought. I loved it so much, I am buying another one right now. I can’t recommend it enough. Pros: Full back, neck, and shoulder coverage. Multiple heat settings (it gets hot on highest) Multiple timer options Weighted (to make sure it stays on the area needing heated) Best feature!!! Con (kinda): It only lasted a year (with that said, I used it every single day for hours) I still think it’s worth every single penny and actually lasted a long time for as much as I used it. I hurt my back and this heating pad was my saving grace. It works better than ibuprofen.

I could hardly wait to get this out of the box to use as I have been dealing with some muscular issues. The buttons reminded me of the plastic buttons on a baby's onesie so I will be careful with those. Blanket heated up fast and hot so watch that. From a professional view; Do not sit on this or lay on it. You will overheat yourself and the Blanket. Do not use over any titanium that you have as it will heat up the metal and be very painful. I only use it for about 10-15 minutes at a time and it does it's job for muscle relaxation. The fabric is nice and cozy. So far very happy with it

After one usage, I can make the following observations: Pros: this heating pad gets warm/hot faster that any other pad that I have owned. The tie around the waist and clasps around the shoulders help keep it nice and snug. The control is very east to use- 3 buttons- on/off; temperature; and length of time- plus a screen to show results. The pad is soft and comfortable. Con: if you want to get up and do an errand or get a drink, etc., you either have to unplug it from the wall or take the pad off completely. The connection to electricity is right on the pad itself and is hard to connect or dis-connect if you are wearing it. It would be great if there was 6" of wire on the pad for easy dis-connection while wearing.

I have ve DDD with a lot of back pain. The different settings are great. But now it's not working. You press the button automatically it goes to heat seeing 7 then 3 but doesn't get hot at all. Very disappointed this happened.

I like the large heating area, especially neck, shoulder and upper chest part. The wrapping around neck and shoulder is adjustable to go loose or tighter, very nice feature when lying on the heating pad. It covers all my pain areas upper back, lower back and shoulder. The velvety material has a nice touch. The real color is not as bright as the photo seller provided, but it is not a big deal for me. I do enjoy the function this heating pad provided, fast heating, 4 levels of heating setting goes to pretty high temperature. I usually keep it at level 1. Auto shutoff in 2 hours is a nice safety feature.

I ordered this product on July 19th of this year (2023.) Everything seemed great! Product was exactly as shown, very nice and thick, fluffy, great heat settings, easy to use, but by the 2nd week in August, it stopped working completely. Nothing happened to the product, (spills, rips etc) wasn't even used that often, maybe 4-5 times since purchase. Extremely disappointed in this product, total waste of my hard earned money! Bought this product, just to throw in trash, such a shame! ***update*** So after my review, the company contacted me and tried to make it right and sent me out a new one, no charge. Awesome, i thought. Great customer service! Everything was going fine, until yet again today at 12:27am when i finally get to rest after working all day, sore as hell, and go to use my heating pad, and its dead. Now i can say i have finally had it!! So angry beyond words!! Dont buy! Product last maybe a couple months and dies. Dont waste your money!!!!

I am having issues with my upper back, shoulder area on my left side (compressed discs and pinched nerve, with arthritis). After struggling with a regular heating pad for a few days, I ordered this. I am SO happy I did. I've worn it/used it for several hours a day since it arrived. The weighted edges are a nice touch to help it stay in place, along with the snaps around the neck and the soft tie to secure it around your waist. It's super soft and snuggly. I was worried about the level of heat this would provide, but it's more than ample. There are four settings and I fluctuate between two and three. Three gets a little too hot if I'm sitting against a pillow, so I generally use level two for that. I love how it has a collar that provides warmth up onto your neck. I will come back and update my review if my opinion changes after having it longer, but as of right now I adore this thing and have told everyone I know about it!
