I absolutely love these pans!!! They are soooo easy to clean compared to my stainless steel pans. We are on a septic system and do our best to not put grease down our drain. These make it so easy. Our hamburgers turn out great in the middle size pan which have slots for grease to collect. I ordered these because of the lid which fits my one solo middle size non-slotted pan which came without a lid. I was always wishing I had a lid for that pan. I love the bigger pan also with the lid. Very nice for making dinners. The small one, even though it has no lid, is great for cooking eggs. I am very happy with these plans!!

I was a bit leary of these pans because I had bought a similar skillet in the past that I didn't think was very nonstick. I mostly use good stainless steel or cast iron but there are occations when nonstick pans come in handy, but I am concerned about the safety of the chemicals used in nonstick. The ad for these pans said they don't contain some of those harmful chemicals and, since it's so easy to return items to Amazon, I decided to give them a try. When they arrived I was concerned because they are VERY lightweight. But heat distribution is fine, no hot spots, and no burning (that I can blame on the pans!). Absolutely DO follow directions about preseasoning and they will be nonstick. Often, reviewers that say they stick have not followed directions. Infact, I occationally reseason them.

Update:6/20/24. Just a quick note, after using for a few years, things to know, if you use rock salt in these it will scratch as will rice if you are toasting before cooking. Still washes up as they did when they were new, but the finish is not indistructable. I love these pans, I read the reviews where people had issues with these. Yes, you have to take care of them, you can not abuse them by using metal utensils in them, and they really should not be washed in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent leaves a film that will cause food to stick. (so will Pam or the generic brands of non stick spray, they have silicone and it will discolor the surface) They are so easy to clean you don't need anything more than hot soapy water. Most everything rinses/wipes off. You will of course have to watch up by the rivets, food may stick there a little. But any pan with rivets you are going to have that and I guarantee the rivets will still clean better than any other pan. I highly recommend "Copper Chef" over all the other brands. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I have only had them 6 months. I use a couple of them every day and have not had any issues with sticking, although I use a spritz of cooking oil. Some sugary foods like ham will leave some film stuck on the pan but it rinses off easily and does not leave a stain. So far the finish has lasted well so I anticipate they will last a good long while. The grill pan works well for burgers, chops and chicken breasts, but not as good as cast iron. The pans have stayed pretty flat so far, have not domed up from the heat like some other non stick pans I've had. OK, this is August of 2019, the pans are still going strong with no discoloration or burnt spots. I can change my review to 5 stars, well worth the money!

Update: My heart is broken because these pans did not last. I have attached a photo where you can see the burnt on mess. In less than a year, I needed to replace these skillet pans. I never once cooked anything without using oil or butter to prevent sticking but everything still sticks. I still have the deep set pots set which worked out fine but the skillet set definitely needed replacing. Save your money, they're not worth it. Original post 5/12/20: So let me tell you what I went through to get these pans, all my fault for forgetting how to read, as per usual. I already bought the deep set pot collection, the ones with 2 handles on the sides, came with the fry basket and steamer. Love that set, its been working great! So I ordered the fry pan set also, wanted to replace all my old pots and pans completely! Well, I mistakenly ordered the "Diamond" collection, which is supposed to be better I guess but the insides of the pans are black (fancy "diamond" coating) and not copper! Send them back!! Not because they didn't work, never used them so no idea if they work better, but because...they didn't match! What good is replacing my entire 10 year old pots and pans set if they don't match!!? So well, I found this listing, was a little scared because they're not through Amazon seller but I took the chance and I'm so glad I did! I agree with what everyone else is saying, the picture definitely doesn't match the description as you think you're getting a lid for the smallest fry pan, but you're not. Didn't bother me though because the lid that came with the deep set pots for the same 8in size fits perfectly! Also, when considering this set against the fancy "Diamond" collection, I'm glad for the smallest 8in pan because the smallest in the other collection is only 9.5in. So I ordered the original set, waited 4 weeks to get it, only to realize my mistake, returned it, took a chance and got this set and I'm thrilled!! Oh and only took maybe a week and a half to be delivered which is quick considering the current pandemic. Highly recommend the set and definitely recommend the seller!!

I got my pans today and unlike a few other reviewers mine showed up in beautiful condition and very safely wrapped. So far all is great!!. They seem to be very well made and look fantastic!! These would go great in any decor. Just a reminder from other reviewers and myself now: Be sure to read the pre-use instructions and prep your pans, they need to be washed then prepped, also note that you need to redo the prep after they have been in the dishwasher, no big deal its easy, it took less than 3 minutes to do. Maybe those that had sticking issues did not pre-prep before use and re-prep after putting them in the dishwasher, idk. For the price you wont find a better made or more attractive skillet anywhere. Depending on how these do longer term I will definitely keep adding to my set.

Loving these pans! Good heat distribution, only noticed a corner of the biggest pan not seeming to heat as well a couple times otherwise no problems. Super easy to clean, though food does tend to stick to the metal holding the handle, but with a less than 5 min soak in water it comes off no problem. Have not had any sticking problems with the main part of the pan. The food slides right off! Even when I cooked an omelet and it was gettinf crispy on the bottom, no stick. Directions say to season the pan after every time in the dishwasher or otherwise every so often. Clean up is so easy I don't put them in the dishwasher and I wash and dry immediately. Been using for about a month and have yet to feel the need to re season.

I gave these pans as a gift to my husband. He said he wanted to try them but I was a bit skeptical of the hype! Between cast iron and the Copper Chef, they are the only ones we use now. The Copper Chef pans do exactly what they say. Even cooking, cleanup is an absolute breeze and nothing sticks to them. We had purchased non-stick (teflon) pans years ago which now permanently reside is the basement. We will either tag sale or donate them. That's how pleased we are with these pans. I highly recommend the Copper Chef line of cookware.

Just the best ever to cook in recommending to everyone

At first they worked great didn't stick at all. After a month or so tgs coating began to wear off and things stuck worse than a traditional pan! Not heavy either so they didn't heat evenly. Dont waste your money.
