Nice fragrance and hold!
Has a nice scent and textures and holds hair very well. Anyone looking for a hair spray that holds hair, doesn’t flatten it, and still have that natural feel to it then I’d recommend this item!

If you have a frizzy hair, this is worth the gold.
I love it. It makes my frizzy hair completely free. And it smells great. I am a believer in this item. Thank you.

Great texture spray with a natural, beachy finish!
Pros: • Adds instant volume & texture without crunch • Fresh, subtle scent • Works on damp or dry hair • Light, flexible hold that feels natural ⚠️ Cons: • Not a strong hold on its own • Can feel a touch drying if over-sprayed Overall, would recommend if you want a go-to texture spray that gives volume and thickness without harsh stiffness — especially great for casual, tousled styles!

Fresh, simple, and effective!
Adds great volume and texture! Using a couple of sprays goes a long way and it’s not greasy. Smells great. Recommended!

Good hair product
My son really likes it. He has naturally curly hair (about 1 1/2 to 2” long on top) that can frizz, and he thinks this helps his curls look better. This was the second time buying at his request.

Good but contains cheap harmful dyes
Works well but contains petroleum based dyes so I will be trying another brand. Avoid if you're health conscious.

Nice matte finish, but requires use of other products for more hold
I have straight hair that is definitely on the fine side, and I've found that sea salt sprays are a nice option to spray into towel-dried hair to give it a little more thickness and workability. So, I've tried several others just to see which one or two favorites I would consider buying again. A lot of the reviews mention that this Pete and Pedro spray is on the expensive side, but that actually isn't true, as the bottles come in varying sizes. This 8oz bottle is on the larger size, so as I write this review, the $2.50/fl oz price tag is actually among the cheapest of the ones I've tried. Overall, I've been quite pleased with the Pete and Pedro (P & P) spray, though I think Blind Barber's spray will probably still be my go-to. The P & P spayer looks like a standard hair spray bottle, but diffuses the spray into a fine mist, which is critical if you want to throw a quick layer over styled hair to give it some hold. I was also quite pleased that the P & P spray leaves a matte/natural finish, and does not add unwanted shine or residue. In terms of hold, it's a very subtle effect, which makes it useful as a pre-styler. But if you're going for a tousled or spiky look, you'll definitely want to use a pomade or matte clay afterwards. In the interest of spreading the information and trying to save some people money, here are my subjective thoughts on how these alternatives compare to the P & P spray. Blind Barber - Still my favorite; matte finish; adds more hold/definition without becoming crunch Victory Primer - Similar hold characteristics (and a nice sprayer) but adds a little too much shine Toni & Guy - Probably the most similar to P & P in scent and hold; sprayer isn't as good Lumber Yard - Sold at Target; would be one of my favorites except it leaves visible salt chunks that need to be worked out; also too expensive Duke Cannon - Like their other products, but this one behaves less like sea salt and more like 80's hair spray; too stiff and unworkable

Best sea salt spray that I've tried
I've been reluctant to try this since I've tried several sea salt sprays and they've all just been ok. I figured that they are all about the same and figured I'd just be wasting money. I'm so glad that I gave this a try, it's very different from the others and far superior! It has a great smell and leaves my hair with a nice texture instead of dried out like the others. This will definitely be my go to from now on.
