A good product

The product is good, but I was charged extra for delivery. During installation, only one carpenter was sent, and he seemed confused and disinterested, constantly making irritating noises as if he was tired or unwilling to do the job, he took 3 hrs. I would like to request an exchange of one piece along with a different carpenter for proper installation.

I have explored various websites and offline markets for wardrobes all my efforts ended here for Wakefit products at a good price while finishing is also great. easy to assemble and dismantle. excellent delivery good storage capacity as far as durability is concerned I believe it's up to you how you maintain it. I expect Wakefit to come up with new innovative products like sliding door wardrobes I believe Wakefit is the no. 1 brand in the furniture market.

I had a quick delivery turn around since my initial order date. It was deployed in about a week but there was something mismatch happened. Initially they delayed it for almost 2 weeks. Just at the time when I was about to request for refund, a proper escalation and a thorough follow up finally resolved with a replacement to my satisfaction. Good product and sturdy wood and fitting. Not seen any issues since 2 months.

Worst Experience Ever – Wakefit Completely Harasses Customers Wakefit has mastered the art of fooling customers. My experience with this brand has been nothing short of mental harassment, false promises, and complete irresponsibility. I purchased a 4-door wardrobe from the Wakefit brand on Amazon, which was clearly listed as a returnable item. The product was delivered on the 3rd of December. When Wakefit’s carpenter came for installation, he immediately found that the product was damaged. Instead of advising me to return it through Amazon, he raised a part replacement request directly with Wakefit and specifically told me not to complain or initiate a return on Amazon, assuring me that the replacement part would arrive within 12–13 working days. That was the first mistake—trusting Wakefit. Even after 15 days, Wakefit had absolutely no idea where the replacement part was or when it would arrive. Every time I called customer care, I got a new story from a new executive, none of whom could give a clear answer. There was no tracking, no accountability, and no concern for the customer. Frustrated, I finally raised a return request on Amazon, only to have it rejected by Wakefit, claiming the item was non-returnable—which is a blatant lie, as it was clearly marked returnable at the time of purchase. I waited three more days, still no replacement part. I raised another return request, and once again, Wakefit rejected it without even contacting or informing me. After all this unnecessary stress and harassment, the replacement part finally arrived on the 28th of December. On the 29th December, when the carpenter opened the replacement package, guess what? That part was also damaged. This clearly shows that Wakefit is clearing out its warehouse by sending damaged and faulty products to customers, and then trapping them with false non-return claims and endless delays. The customer is made to suffer, chase customer care, and waste time and mental peace. This was my first and definitely my last purchase from Wakefit. I deeply regret choosing this brand. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay away from Wakefit. I strongly recommend others not to fall into this trap. Wakefit doesn’t just sell furniture—they sell frustration, delays, and harassment. Highly NOT recommended.
