Really very good product with compitable any network sim we can use also very comparative low rates and it's works also very good also speed size and also very good WiFi compatibility. User friendly product .

No return in case customer do not like it.
Worst product. Big in size. Blocking other ports of laptop. Weak signal. Above all, no return option available. Amazon is cheating on this. There should be option to return of customer is not happy. Very much disappointed.

Saves the day
I bought this for online class. Since network is not good inside home. This thingy is good, and reliable. But sometimes this does not work properly, otherwise it works pretty well.

Very good product
The product is very good. If there is any disconnection from internet issue crops, which was happening initially, the best solution is to ensure that the dongle modem is connected to steady power supply. Connection with power bank will cause disconnection from internet as it will keep rebooting for want of adequate steady power supply. I have noticed in my case. So it's better to keep it connected to steady power supply source via adaptor having USB port connected to the mains. To guard against power cuts it's recommended to connect it with the UPS through any USB adaptor of 2.1 amp minimum output.

Half working half not
After about a 1 or 1.5 month the admin page of device is curropted and didn't even open so I can't see the device information or change any setting, password, anything at all it's working just like on factory setting with default password but the device is working good till so far even after heavy rough usage till now (aug 2024) don't know about future. I also bought another divice similar to that of different brand but it doesn't even last a month and its network bands stopped capturing networks causing not network or internet connectCompared to that atleast it is working great with good and hard plastic durability take it with care and don't tamper with its settings often otherwise yours adming page may also curroupt

Serves its purpose, great.
Value of money ofc.Great for replacing it with your phone wifi.Clear looking, aesthetic and durable.Takes around 10-11 seconds to start. The User Interface of the comman panel too is clean and firm. But looks pretty big and odd for a thin laptop, NGL. Otherwise, easy to operate. :)

भाई ये डोंगल मत लेना मेरा सिर्फ १०,१५ दिन तक अच्छा चला बाद में वाईफाई का नाम तो दिखा रहा हे मगर उसमें नेट नहीं चल रहा हे मैने सब कुछ कर के देख लिया सिम निकला , दूसरा सिम डाल के देख लिया , मगर कनेक्ट नहीं हो रहा दोनों सिम में 1 ईयर का रिचार्ज हे इक सिम 4g he,1 सिम 5gभाई मत लेना यार तुम भी मेरी तरह फस जाओगे
