Will it charge a 12v lipo4 deep cycle battery?

The panel can charge a 12V LiFePO4 battery. However, we do not recommend this unless you will use a charge controller to keep the battery from overcharging. The charge controller regulates the voltage and current coming from the solar panel to the battery. Without a charge controller, the solar could damage the battery due to overcharge.

Can you charge a car battery with this solar panel?

Yes, you can connect this solar panel directly to a car battery, but if doing so we strongly recommended you use a solar charge controller. The DC port charges at a consistent 22V, and a charge controller will regulate the voltage and current coming from the solar panel's DC port to the battery. You will also need a cable adapter to connect the solar panel to the car battery.

What to mount it with if it becomes windy where you camp?

The panel includes 2 carabiners. The panel has metal grommets at each corner to attach the carabiners to, then attach the carabiners to a stationary object.

Will this change a power station and if so, what is the max wh power station?

Yes the SunJack 60W panel can charge a power station. If charging by DC, make sure the panel's DC output voltage (19V) is within the power station's input voltage range. If the power stations has a USB-C input, then it can also be charged by the 60W panel's USB-C output.
