I just purchased sdg1062x. what are the specs for the probes and where can i by the probes for this device

The SDG1062X is a 2 channel function generator. Each channel has its own BNC output. The unit ships without any probes. Siglent Support

Does this version of the function generator (60mhz) have updated software compatible with win10(64b) as opposed to sdg1032x (30mhz)?

The SDG1062X is a dual channel function generator that outputs signals to a BNC connector. The instrument interfaces to any BNC. There are no probes required. Siglent Support

Is this sdg1062x suppose to come with a driver cd, mine came with the box opened even though i paid for a new unused item and has no cd?

The instruments no longer come with a cd. All the drivers and documents are available on our web site. The instruments are new. If you feel yours was not, you can return it for another. Thanks.
