Mine did not come with a printed warranty, if purchased in the UK you could fall back on the UK Sale of Goods Act (Fit for Purpose), under that you can strongly argue that it must work correctly for a reasonable period of time (say 18months?). You might want to take notice of a statement which does come with it though " Do Not use the heater when the temperature is over 20 degrees C! Also I purchased the 180 Watt heater which came with a two pin plug and adaptor which are DANGEROUS (No Earth connection and it MUST be earthhed - see my one star review for details). If my sofa throw touched this would it be hot enough to set fire to it ? Looking for a heater to solve condensation on the cold wall behind our sofa .

Anything touching the front of the panel will get hot, so I would advise against covering it

Can I send you a print of my own eg my family that you can apply to the heater?

Not with this one, but there are other manufacturers that can.

Does it comes with a stand?

It does not, it has four screw holes on the back, two in each of the aluminum extruded bars that brace the frame. Honestly it's a pig to mount even though it's so small, guess that's the price we pay for getting the cheapest one.
