This is my 2nd TARION bag and I'm just as pleased as I was the first time around. I already had a TARION Pro 2 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079K8L72H) for when I go hiking and want to take my camera gear. It's a huge bag and it can hold everything, but it's too bulky to use as an airline carry-on or walking around cities where you won't need hiking gear like water/med kits/etc. After initially trying a Lowepro sling that was a little too small and fit weird, I ordered this and my only regret is that I didn't buy this first. I've included some pictures for comparison with the TARION Pro 2, but this bag can easily hold my Nikon D850 plus several large wide-angle lenses, along with filters and a Cotton Carrier Skout camera sling (highly recommend). There's also room for batteries, and various personal items like a small laptop/tablet, phones, etc. On the exterior, the bag has a chest strap to help reduce shoulder strain, multiple clip points for attaching things to the backpack, and the straps are padded and comfortable. All in all, it's a fantastic bag.

Looks good as I expected!

I'm a hobbiest photographer and this pack is a good start for carrying the few photography items I have. Room for one or two extra lenses, extra batteries and even a light depending how you organize it. My lap top doesn't fit in the space for a lap top but it does fit in the outside zipper pocket. I do like this pack. It is small, not good for travel but good for quick trips and/or hikes

Very good quality, the quick access to the camera is great. The water bottle CAN be used for a very small tripod.

This bag really surprised me. When it first arrived, I saw the box that it was shipped in and I thought they must’ve sent the wrong bag, since it seemed way too small to be the one I actually ordered. But once I opened it and started putting my gear inside, I was absolutely blown away by how much space there is. I tried two older DSLRs with larger lenses just to test it and there was plenty of room, not only for both cameras with lenses attached, but also additional lenses and accessories. I was able to also fit a charger, some extra batteries, two sets of wireless mics, an audio recorder and a few other random things like some USB cables and a power bank. There’s also room on the front of the bag for a tablet or a smaller laptop. And of course, the bag also has a zipper on the side for easy access to your camera so you don’t have to actually take the backpack off in order to reach your equipment. Everything looks and feels really sturdy, while having a kind of low-key look as to not draw attention to yourself when you’re carrying around a bunch of expensive gear. I’ve gotta say, this is literally the happiest I’ve been with a camera backpack in a really long time.

As a photographer... I've tended to have scope creep, when dealing with my gear. Knowing that I want to do X, Y, and Z shots with a couple or a wedding party... I bring enough gear, to fill a full studio. That's fine, when you're talking a formal setting, but more and more, I've been hired to do smaller venues, smaller parties, and honestly.. I'm sick of lugging around 500lbs of gear everywhere I go. So, to that end, I've started downsizing what I take with me, as a 'go to, every day carry' sort of set of gear... and I need to have a small to medium sized bag, to carry what I need.. and nothing else. So, I was browsing, looking for a bag, when I came across this, and after it came in, I have to say, it just about covers everything I need. Place to put the camera body and 2 lenses? check.. place for a flash and gels? check and check... They even thought it out well enough, there are small compartments, that are easily accessible from the side, where you can stash extra batteries or SD cards. The quality is good, and the rainfly is an extra bonus. You can resize the interior in multiple configurations, too. The only thing I wish it had included, was a second retention strap so things can be tightened down more, inside. It comes with one, and it works well, but a second one would have been a nice touch. Still, I can't complain... this is one of my camera equipment bags, I have no issues with :)

Perfect camera bag that fits all my gear. Has lots of side pockets for a smaller laptop, notebooks, batteries, etc. It comes with a black plastic elastic closing bag I think to keep it dry in rain. It fits very comfortable on my back with out hurting my back or shoulders. Is low-key & descreet. I'm super Happy!

Since this product had no reviews to date, I wanted to leave some feedback to benefit prospective customers. The item arrived ahead of scheduled delivery slot; thank you for the brilliant service as usual. The delivery was excellent. The item came packaged properly in its postage box, wrapped in a plastic bag. The bag itself gives a very good vibe of quality and construction. The outer layer feels like tough (faux) leather although it is advertised as 1200D nylon. This is good for creating weather proof protection. Just have to see how long it lasts. The bag has back opening access for the interior, something I wanted. Nonetheless, the shoulder straps are stitched to the bag (not the access flap) which makes it a sturdy construction. The front is nicely zipped up with minimal access, which I wanted. I didn't want any interior access from the front for security reasons. The front has only two zipped areas for immediate access items. One is slant zip file storing something thin and small. It has one zip. One important suggestion I could give the manufacturers is the the front slant zipper could have had double zips with loops for improved security- at the moment it has only one zip that opens from top to bottom. The other front access is to a flap that could house a tablet or likes from the top. Moreover there is another slot for storing laptop in the back flap from the inside - secure since it can only be accessed by opening the back flap. Here you will find more pockets to store other thin items - I found good place for my manuals. Inside the bag provides sufficient space with full customisation. The provided spacers work really well to give you full freedom to customise it how you wish. I had to wreck my brains to customise it though - it took me a while to figure out how best to lay them out to suit my needs. I would suggest new/first-time buyers to take hints from the pictures provided on the website for ideas. In the end I could get a full frame DSLR with zoom lens, a flash, 2 zoom lenses, and the batteries with the charger in the bag. One big suggestion to all prospect shoppers who are looking to make their first such purchase- do your math on just how much space you will need with all your intended kit. I was lucky to get all of mine in but if you are a pro or have a lot of kit, you may find this bag small for your need. I was looking for a compact and smart bag which this one ticks both boxes. Luckily, it meets my space needs while being handy and compact (not too big or bulky). One big advantage is that you can customise the full interior - this bag does not have separated storage spaces (like I had seen in some bags), which is what I was looking for. Another big advantage is the quick side access for your SLR. As mentioned this bag combines two security and convenience features in one- secure back access AND a quick side access while you are on the move. I found this feature very useful and it ticks both the boxes. The side access is provided with double zippers with loops for security, great feature. When I finally used the bag after it was fully packed, I found that the bag sat high on my back (contrary to my expectations) and it felt supported and relaxed. You can adjust the shoulder straps of course. There is a chest strap (can be adjusted) you can use which does provide additional sturdiness when traveling. One big advantage is the empty bag is lighter to start with (as advertised) which was a big consideration for me. So even fully packed it does not feel heavy on the shoulders or back. Because this bag provides a quick side access for your SLR, it has only one side for holding your tripod. There is a strap with clip that holds it secure. The pocket is thick and feels of good quality build, so I would expect it to last long. There is a weather protection cover included in the bag. I think although this is good additional touch, the bag may prove capable to deal with occasional rain or water splash as it is. Another big consideration was price and I got everything I was looking for at a very reasonable price. This bag has proved excellent value for money I have invested. The bag is all black which might be good in a way suitable for outdoors. One last suggestion to the manufacturers would be offering some colour choices - I would have liked it in grey too. A brilliant product and very pleased customer! Thank you.

Mochila cómoda y brillante, ideal para los entusiastas de las cámaras. Una mochila realmente espaciosa con espacio para varias configuraciones de cámaras y lentes, según tus preferencias. Fabricada con un tejido resistente al agua, bien cosido y resistente, además de una funda impermeable extraíble para cuando llueve. Mi parte favorita es el bolsillo lateral para acceder fácilmente cuando llevas la mochila y coger la cámara para sacar fotos. El cuerpo principal tiene una estructura de espuma que puedes modificar para configurarla según la configuración de tu cámara, pero lo que distingue a esta mochila son todos los bolsillos adicionales... para portátiles, baterías, teléfonos móviles y un lazo para el trípode en el exterior. Para una mochila tan bien diseñada y bien pensada, el precio es excelente. No veo la hora de llevarla conmigo a lugares más lejanos para sacar fotos.

Ich bin mit dem TARION Kamerarucksack sehr zufrieden. Er bietet ausreichend Platz für meine Kameraausrüstung und sorgt dafür, dass alles sicher und ordentlich verstaut ist. Die Fächer lassen sich flexibel anpassen, sodass Kamera, Objektive, Zubehör und persönliche Gegenstände ihren eigenen Platz finden. Die Verarbeitung macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Material wirkt robust und der wasserdichte Schutz gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl, auch wenn man unterwegs einmal von einem Regenschauer überrascht wird. Besonders praktisch finde ich den schnellen Zugriff auf die Kamera und die durchdachte Aufteilung. Auch beim Tragen überzeugt der Rucksack. Die gepolsterten Träger und die angenehme Gewichtsverteilung machen ihn auch bei längeren Touren komfortabel. Trotz der Größe wirkt er nicht klobig und lässt sich gut transportieren. Für Fotografen, die einen zuverlässigen, gut geschützten und vielseitigen Rucksack suchen, ist der TARION eine klare Empfehlung. Sehr gute Qualität, viel Stauraum und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
